Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-20 business days after payment is confirmed.

• Custom or pre-order items may take longer to process—please allow an additional 1-5 working days for production.

• Due to the nature of South Africa’s infrastructure, factors such as load-shedding may occasionally cause delays beyond our control. In such cases, we will keep you informed and do our best to process your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Nationwide Shipping within South Africa

• Standard: R70.00 (delivery within 1-5 business days after dispatch)

•Overnight Delivery: R200.00

(Usually delivered within 1 day, but may take 1-3 business days depending on your location. Please note, this applies once the order is processed, as all items are stitched from scratch.)

• Free shipping on orders over R2000.00

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your package.

Delivery Issues

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

•Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If you notice any errors, contact us as soon as possible at khadibukur@hotmail.com. If your order has already been dispatched before we receive your message, you will need to reach out to the courier directly.

Lost or Damaged Items

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos (if applicable).
