At Khadi Bukur, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to provide you with a positive shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below:
1. Exchanges
• We only replace items if they are defective, severely damaged, or if you are in need of a smaller size. Due to the nature of our business, where all items are stitched from scratch, we do not offer exchanges for larger sizes. All sizes are made according to the accurate size guide posted.
• We also do not offer exchanges for one-size-fits-all items/hijabs/sale items.

2. Refunds
• Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds as all orders are stitched upon confirmation.
However, in the unlikely event that we are severely at fault, we will inspect the returned item and may offer store credit, depending on the outcome of the inspection.
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
• Approved store credits will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Returns (Only for eligible exchanges or refunds)
• Items can be returned within 5 business days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
• Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless severely defective.
• To initiate a return, please email us at khadibukur@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
• Items on sale or purchased during promotions.
• Gift cards or vouchers.
• Custom or pre-ordered items.
• Gifting options (i.e., packaging and items included).
• One-size-fits-all items or hijabs.

5. Return Shipping
• For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your return.
• If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or severely defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs, including the cost of sending the item back to you.
• If the return is for any other reason, you will be responsible for both the return shipping costs to us and the cost to have the item sent back to you.
• Please note that we will not be held responsible for any shipping issues or damages if they occur during the return process, especially if the shipping is arranged on your part.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Defective Items
• While we take great care in ensuring your items are in perfect condition before shipping, once the package is with the courier, it is no longer in our control. If your order is lost, damaged, or defective during transit, please contact the courier directly to resolve the issue.
